Oxygen Machine – Return & Refund Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Oxygen Machine, we prioritize providing you with the right product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within a 7-day window to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

2. Return Eligibility and Conditions

Our return policy covers a 7-day period from the date of purchase. After 7 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. A handling fee of 15% applies to all returns. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Unused Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused, at the customer’s expense.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, covering the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
• Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to a defect or damage upon arrival.
• Item Condition: The item must arrive back in original, undamaged condition, with no signs of wear, dirt, or missing parts.

3. In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days of purchase. A receipt is required to process a refund or exchange.

4. Full Refunds Not Issued For

• Items with opened packaging
• Items returned after 7 days
• Unnotified returns
• Capital equipment (such as items with serial numbers)

5. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a specified number of business days.

6. Clearance (Scratch & Dent) Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items, such as scratch and dent items, are final sales and non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

8. Return Shipping Instructions

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless we have made an error with your order. Follow the return shipping instructions provided with your Return Authorization number. Any returns sent to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.

9. Canceled Orders on Capital Equipment

Capital equipment, including items with serial numbers, comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of sale. Canceled or incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 15% handling charge.

10. Terms & Policies

Prices and product availability are subject to change due to market conditions, manufacturer adjustments, or typographical errors. Oxygen Machine is not liable for any manufacturer price adjustments that may occur without notice.

11. Defective or Damaged Items
