Maxitet 13.5% is a long- and short-acting oxytetracycline injectable antibiotic indicated for the treatment of heartwater, tick-borne gallsickness (anaplasmosis), pneumonia, navel-ill, joint-ill, and foot rot in livestock, as well as strangles in horses

Dosage:

Cattle: 8ml MAXITET 13.5% per 100kg live mass

Sheep and goats: 4ml MAXITET 13.5% per 50kg live mass

Pigs: 2ml MAXITET 13.5% per 30kg live mass

Horses: 8ml MAXITET 13.5% per 100kg live mass

Route of administration:

Intramuscular, subcutaneous or slow intravenous injection.
