Ceci N’est Pas Blanc is not a white polish. This eggshell creme has just a hint of warmth that sets it apart from your standard bright white polish.

HOW TO USE:

1. Apply one coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized basecoat to prepped nails.
2. Apply two coats of color allowing to dry slightly between coats.
3. Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat and let dry.
