The KL150 European Pellet Mill (Pellettizer) is a compact, powerful flat-die feed pellet machine ideal for producing high-quality pellets for livestock and aquaculture. With a 4 kW single-phase electric motor and a production capacity of 90–120 kg per hour, this pelletizer is perfectly suited for home farms, small to medium breeding operations, and small commercial feed mills.

The flat-die pelletizing system uses a stationary die with rotating rollers, compressing raw materials through die holes to form durable pellets. Designed for ease of use, low maintenance, portability, and economical operation, the KL150 is an excellent choice for farmers producing feed on-site.

Suitable for a wide range of raw materials including maize meal, wheat bran, soya meal, rice bran, and other fine powders. It is supplied standard with a 6 mm die, ideal for poultry and small livestock feed.
