This policy explains how Oxygen Machine delivers online orders.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in South Africa only. We do not offer international delivery through this website.
Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat R250.00 per order, including VAT, anywhere in South Africa. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Stock items: 3 to 7 working days after payment clears.
- Bulk orders: 7 to 14 working days after payment clears.
- Imported or made-to-order items: 10 to 21 working days after payment clears. We confirm the date before dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. If an item is delayed, we will tell you and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking and delivery
We email you the courier details when your order is dispatched. Please check that someone can receive the order at the delivery address.
Damaged or missing orders
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
